Life in London Town

151 Cromwell Road! My crib!

Road behind Cromwell road - illuminated by winter 2pm light. Sadness. 4 celcius.

Natural History Museum, Kewl place to work! but the food sux to the max. Its huge and free!
Stuffed animals, T-rex fossils, Blue whale skeleton, Dodo bird, Star of South Africa, Giant Earth with escalator through it, Giant Squid, Charles Darwin's beard in an envelope etc.

Library, from the outside. Kind dull a building. Top floor is in the distance is the Blyth Music centre.
Queens Lawn, Queens tower inset. The tower the only remaning part of the old Imperial College and is lined up with the Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall and the Albert Memorial!

Library cafe - tables with computer access! What more could a guy ask for in a cafe?! oh yeah, Good food...

Library level 1, Group discussion area, printers and lounge!! Whoa, talk about painting the town red! Love the designers sense of colour.

Library 5th floor - Haldane collection, where you can get music books, Business books, medical journals. Silent study area! Shhhh...

A scene from ACEX 250 LT1, where i spend most of my days at, listening to old people talking.
Note the class half empty, or half full to be positive!

Sabah's Secrets

The sunset from Sabah town, in front of Fred's house. Vibrant display of natural lights.
Driving a Pajero down the steep slopes, the sun peeked through the fog, like the light at the end of the tunnel.
Its hard driving in the fog, harder still when you are driving down hill with a cliff that drops 100m down your side. Don't shoot and drive!
From the water fall at one of the parks. This tiny one looked calm and serene in the jungle shade.
View from the pier off one of the many islands in Sabah. The azure sky and the emerald sea.
The boat ride to the islands! wee!
To get this shor right, Canon 400D, ISO 1600, 4.5F and a shutter speed of about 1/400. Fishes jumping up in the air!
Another view from under the pier.
Sunset on the beach cafe. Glorious view on the first evening with coconuts to drink!
Band of brothers walking out of the lavatories and into the sunset. Gay, yet, artistic.
The sun shine was bright and sad to say, i lost my really cool and $$ shades while on a trip. Moral of the story, dont bring valuables on your trips to avoid dissapointment. Go pasar malam get a few cheap stuff and donate the stuff to the people after you're done!

Escapades on Langkawi Island

Cloudy sunset at Tanjung Rhu. The sand was crap though and this guy somehow got into my frame. Sheesh!
This is really cool. RM less than 100 for this cool pair of sunglasses at Bejaya Times Square. Did i mention they were really cool?
Tallest waterfalls in Langkawi! Note the scale of the person in the picture! I love waterfalls!
Ah. The humble coconut we get from the trees. Trust me, we Malaysians have the better life. London people get their coconuts in Tetrapak and taste like ****.
Leeches are annelids comprising the subclass Hirudinea. There are fresh water, terrestrial, and marine leeches. Like the Oligochaeta, they share the presence of a clitellum. Like earthworms, leeches are hermaphrodites. hahha, just some info.
Whats a trip to the duty free island without some duty free booze! Bring it on!
From the speed boat onto the new jetty being built in Penang. The fury of the sea looks like its set to make this trip a lil sick, sea sick.

My New Place @ London

This is one luxury I did not have last year, a
long bath. Even had a long bath this morning!
Welcome to the kitchen. A little small but its
the chef that matter isn't it?

Notice the four stoves and the oven below.
(which is not really 100% functioning).
But the best damn thing about my place this year,
double bed! Now I wont fall off in my slumber!
Now get out of my crib!

Birds of a feather

Like the birds, it is time to fly of into the sunset,
Living with the wind, living with no regret,
Like the birds, I will return in the summer,
Once again, the season we can be together!
