Wohoo! Happy 53rd Merdeka to Malaysia
What happened on 31st August 2010?
1. It is a puasa day! Cant expect everyone to march in the hot sun, so
2. The national parade was for the first time held indoors at Stadium Merdeka, for a good reason
3. It rained cats and dogs in KL
4. But that doesn't matter, cause like every merdeka day, we can enjoy 31% discount at Baskin Robins! Got my Quart! International Chocolate and Cookies and cream!
5. Fireworks lit the city! Good view from Ampang Lookout point!
6. KLIA 2 construction officiated by PM Najib Tun Razak
Apart from some flag burning and spitting by some terrorists, nothing can dampen the spirits the rakyat.
Happy Holidays!
