Whoa!! Super way to loose weight?? Getting full using brain power!

If you imagine eating something, you will be less hungry for it!

Enough hotdogs for me!

That was what researchers concluded.

They asked people to think about eating M&M
and another group to think about something else. A control group was asked to think of only M&M not eating it.

They found out that people who thought of eating M&M ate less when presented with the real thing, while people in the other two groups had more of the cute stuff!
